Relevant general commissioning experience & background: Dale has spent his 35-year career spe­cializing in the management of healthcare projects, and previously served as a Pro­gram Manager for the Corps of Engineers. During these years, his knowledge in the intricate details of mechanical and elec­trical systems, interstitial space requirements and construction details have brought him full appreciation of the implementa­tion of BIM.  As an experienced senior construction manager, he utilizes the highest level of healthcare project management expertise to provide direct owner involvement.  His methods facilitate the overall cost-effective success of the team. Dale is published in American Society Health Care Engineers, ASHRAE, USGBC, and has given seminars on the design build process in relation to healthcare at several national conventions.

As a commissioning professional, Dale provides in-depth testing and analysis of mechanical and electrical systems and compliance with the proj­ect’s functional requirements.  He has a unique ability to oversee projects of any size and intuitively understand, define, outline and meet the client’s needs as evidenced by his successful management of numerous healthcare projects.
